The 17th PAQS 2013 was successfully held on 18-21 May 2013 at Xi'an, China.

The theme of the congress was “Construction Information – Cornerstone of Valuation Management” which included a range of topics on BIM technology, cost management, value management, risk management, project management, Value Co-creation in construction, role of information management in project implementation and many more.
